Top Ghanaian musicians shutdown Paris

Last Saturday night, music fans in Paris were given to a major musical thrill from prominent Ghanaian artists Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Kwabena Kwabena at the 1400 capacity Élysée Montmartre theatre.

The sold-out "Accra in Paris" show was the first of its type in the French capital and was really historic, including outstanding performances by Ghana's greatest musical talents.

Highlife, Hiplife, and Reggae/Dancehall influences from the aforementioned Ghanaian artistes were definitely on exhibit.

Passi and Orti, two top French artists, lit up the stage with their diverse performances, making the night a huge success.

The performance, which was organized under the auspices of the French Embassy in Ghana, led by Ambassador Anne Sophie-Avé, aimed to promote the Ghana-France friendship via arts and culture.

Bola Ray, the Chief Executive Officer of EIB Network, as well as Empire Protocol and SPYCE Publishing, lent their support to the show.

The first edition of the music performance branded "Paris in Accra" was held last November at the Alliance Francaise in Accra, with hundreds of music fans experiencing musical pleasures.
