DISHONESTY is the fourth poor and pathetic leadership style. This personality type lacks honesty and is prone to lying, cheating, and/or stealing.

SELF-CENTERED LEADERSHIP STYLE #5: POOR & PATRIMONIAL This personality trait is that of an egotist who will constantly put his or her own interests ahead of the company's and/or employees'.

INCOMPETENT is the sixth poor and pathetic leadership style. This leadership style is characterized by someone who lacks the necessary experience, competence, and/or training to be a leader.

LOOSE CANNON is a poor and pathetic leadership style #7. This personality type is characterized by a lack of self-control and discipline.

UNCARING is the eighth poor and pathetic leadership style. This approach completely disregards or overlooks the needs, interests, and desires of others, particularly employees.

ISOLATIONIST is a poor and pathetic leadership style. This approach reduces or ignores the needs and well-being of anyone outside the group of employees over whom they have direct control.

Today, there are many different types of leadership. However, in order to avoid confusion, we have only described one variety!

SABOTEUR is the poorest and most pitiful leadership style. This method involves using deliberate steps to obstruct, hinder, or otherwise cause the implementation of new ideas and changes, or something the leader opposes, to fail or falter.

So, what are some of the consequences of these bad and pitiful leadership styles? According to a 2005 poll by Price Waterhouse Coopers, it takes an average of 48 days and $3,270 to fill a vacancy in the United States. According to a national survey, 67 per cent of working individuals are actively seeking a new job, with another 34 per cent planning to switch employment in the next three years. According to the American Institute of Certified Accountants, the inability to retain staff was highlighted by 83 per cent of their member firms as a problem in their capacity to grow their business. According to another survey, 85 per cent of managers say employees leave for better income or opportunity, whereas 80 per cent of employees blame poor management practices or toxic cultures for their departure.
