MTN Sends A Good News Message To All Those Who Were Deducted E- levy Below 100 Cedis

The e-levy as it started on 1st May 2022 took a toll on people. This made the words of Sam George come true like he was a prophet as he was called a liar for revealing deep conditions to the e-levy than as initially stated.

This has caused anger in frustration in people as some complain about being deducted the lowest amount they send and thus, the e-levy applies regardless of the amount you send.

Just this morning on Joynews live broadcast, a good news message was sent to Ghanaians by Eli Hini, Head of Mobile Financial Services.

He said that deductions made by MTN on transfers below GHS 100 will be refunded. This is great as it shows how competent and not self-centered MTN is. Indeed, MTN is a service provider that can be trusted.

What has been your experience on these deductions and what is your say on this new decision by MTN?
