Stonebwoy performs a new song called "Therapy" during the Beale Street Music Festival.
Stonebwoy, Ghana's multi-award-winning reggae/dancehall star, was among the festival's top reggae performances on Sunday at the Bud Light Stage of the Beale Street Music Festival.
After an enthusiastic performance by veteran reggae band Third World, he delivered an outstanding concert. After a crowd-pleasing introduction from TV celebrity Dentaa Amoateng, Stonebwoy kicked up the show with a performance of 'People Dey!'
Stonebwoy went on to play a slew of hits, including 'Hero,' 'Sobolo,' 'Nominate,' 'Activate,' and even an exclusive performance of his yet-to-be-released new track, 'Therapy,' in Memphis.
His act had to be trimmed short to make room for the following artist, Shaggy, because it began late due to set-up issues that caused his session to be delayed by at least 15 minutes.
Sarkodie dancing in the crowd to Stonebwoy's super-charged set was one of the highlights of his performance. Last week, the two artists represented Ghana at the 'Accra In Paris' exhibition in France.
